انعقدت يومه الاثنين 25 أكتوبر 2021 دورة استثنائية بمجلس جماعة مكناس و ذالك طبقا للقوانين التنظيمية الجاري بها العمل من احل تشكيل لجان المجلس. حيت تم انتخاب لجان المجلس الخمس في جو يطبعه العمل من اجل الصالح العام و تنمية المدينة.
هكذا تم وفق جدول أعمال المجلس قراءة ملخص عن أشغال الدورة السابقة، و تكوين لجنة الميزانية والشؤون المالية والبرمجة، مع انتخاب رئيسها ونائب له ، فضلا عن تكوين لجنة المرافق العمومية والخدمات، و انتخاب رئيسها ونائبه، و تكوين لجنة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والرياضية، مع انتخاب رئيس ونائبه.
وتم خلال الدرة ذاتها تكوين لجنة التعمير والمآثر التاريخية وسياسية المدينة و انتخاب رئيس وناب له، كما تم تكوين لجنة التنقل الحضري والسير والجولان وانتخاب رئيس ونائبة له.
