عقد مكتب مجلس الجهة اجتماعا يوم الخميس 30 شتنبر 2021، على الساعة الثالثة بعد الزوال بمقر الجهة، برئاسة عبد الواحد الأنصاري، رئيس مجلس الجهة، وبحضور أعضاء المكتب.
ويعد هذا الاجتماع أول اجتماع يعقده المكتب، بعد انتخاب أعضائه من طرف المجلس، حيث خصص لإعداد مشروع النظام الداخلي لمجلس الجهة، وفق ما تنص عليه مقتضيات المادة (35) من القانون التنظيمي رقم 111.14 المتعلق بالجهات، حيث يقوم رئيس مجلس الجهة بتعاون مع المكتب بإعداد مشروع النظام الداخلي للمجلس. وقد تم تضمينه بمجموعة من المقتضيات المتضمنة لخلاصات الممارسة العملية للنظام الداخلي 2015-2021، كما تم إغناؤه بمقتضيات تساير المستجدات التي فرضتها جائحة كوفيد 19، خصوصا في الشق المتعلق بعقد الاجتماعات عن بعد. وكذا استثمار وتوظيف “آليات الرقمنة” التي حددتها بعض النصوص التنظيمية، من أجل تجويد العمل، والرفع من أداء ومردودية مؤسسة الجهة بالسرعة والفعالية اللازمتين.
وفي إطار التحضير لانعقاد الدورات الاستثنائية لمجلس الجهة، وفق ما تضمنته دورية وزير الداخلية المتعلقة بانعقاد الدورة العادية لشهر أكتوبر 2021 لمجالس الجهات، والتي تنص على عقد دورات استثنائية للتداول في النقط المتعلقة بالمصادقة على النظام الداخلي وإحداث اللجان الدائمة واعتماد الميزانية، فقد تدارس الرئيس بمعية السيدات والسادة أعضاء المكتب مشروع جدول أعمال هذه الدورات الاستثنائية لمجلس الجهة وبرمجتها الزمنية. وقد حضر هذا الاجتماع السيد المدير العام للمصالح والسيدة رئيسة مصلحة أجهزة المجلس.
