شهدت محكمة الاستئناف بأكادير، صباح اليوم الاثنين فاتح غشت 2021 حفل تنصيب المسؤولين القضائيين الجدد ، وعلى رأسهم عبد الرزاق فتاح الوكيل العام الذي عين مؤخرا بأكادير قادما من مدينة أسفي. وقد حضر حفل التنصيب والي جهة سوس ماسة ورئيس الجهة وممثل عن وزارة العدل و المجلس الاعلى للقضاء والنيابة العامة .
وتعهد الوكيل العام المنصّب في كلمته بأن يكون في مستوى الثقة المولوية الشريفة التي حظي بها ، وعند حسن ظن الرئيس المنتذب للمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية ، مؤكدا حرصه على تنفيد مضمون توجيهات الرئيس المنتدب للمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية و الرامية إلى تحقيق النجاعة في العمل القضائي بدائرة نفوذ هذه المحكمة ، و السهر على تقريب العدالة من المتقاضين وفقا لقيم النزاهة و الاستقامة و الشفافية و الحفاظ على استقلال القضاء .
وسيسعى المسؤول القضائي الجديد وفق م دكره إلى نشر القيم القضائية الفضلى المنصوص عليها في مدونة الأخلاقيات بين قضاة الدائرة القضائية ، و تيسير استيعاب معانيها و حسن تطبيقها .وحسن تنزيل السياسة الجنائية ومضامينها، وتدبير الادارة القضائية بهذه الربوع الغالية، تماشيا مع الرؤية الاستراتيجية الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة النقض رئيس النيابة العامة والتي تعد خارطة الطريق تهم العمل القضائي وحسن تدبير مرفق النيابة العامة تحقيقا لانتظارات المجتمع المغربي من العدالة الجنائية.
ويتطلع عبد الرزاق فتاح إلى وجود نيابة عامة مواطنة مستقلة عن جميع التأثيرات السياسية والعقائدية والمالية والاجتماعية، تضمن تحقيق الأمن القضائي للأفراد وتتمسك بسيادة القانون في الدفاع عن الحقوق والحريات الفردية والجماعية وعن الأمن والنظام العامين وتساهم في تخليق الحياة العامة وصيانة قيم المجتمع وحماية مقدساته وتؤدي الخدمات للمتقاضين والمرتفقين في إطار الشفافية والمساواة وبكثير من النجاعة والفعالية.
