بلغ عدد الأطفال المستفيدين من البرنامج التنشيطي للقرب “صيفيات 2021″، الذي تنظمه وزارة الثقافة والشباب والرياضة – قطاع الشباب والرياضة – حوالي 25 ألف طفل بجهة فاس-مكناس.
ويحتوي البرنامج التنشيطي للقرب، الذي ينظم بشراكة مع الجامعة الوطنية للتخييم في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 14 يوليوز و21 غشت، على خمس مراحل ويشمل ما يقارب 50 مركزا تنشيطيا للقرب ممتدا على تراب جهة فاس مكناس.
ويتضمن البرنامج التنشيطي على عدد من الأنشطة الموضوعاتية، التثقيفية والتحسيسية موجهة لفائدة أطفال ويافعين بدون مبيت أو تنقل، كما يراعي البرنامج التدابير والإجراءات الاحترازية المعمول بها للوقاية من فيروس كوفيد-19.
ويتضمن البرنامج العام برنامجا قارا وموحدا للتغذية يراعي شروط السلامة الصحية للأطفال واليافعين المستفيدين ، كما الشأن بالنسبة لسلامة الفضاءات والقاعات الخاصة بالأنشطة التربوية والثقافية والفنية، وفضاءات السباحة والتنشيط الرياضي.
ويستفيد من أنشطة البرنامج أطفال من المجالين الحضري والقروي من 8 سنوات إلى أقل من 14 سنة، ومن 15 سنة إلى أقل من 17 سنة، ويعرف البرنامج توزيع دائرة المستفيدين على مراكز التنشيط بالجهة، مع توسيع دائرة العرض التربوي.
ويروم البرنامج التنشيطي “صيفيات 2021 ” ، الذي انطلق يوم 14 يوليوز الجاري ، ضمان استفادة الطفولة المغربية على نحو يحقق العدالة المجالية ومبدأ تكافؤ الفرص.
