أبرزت جميلة المصلي، وزيرة التضامن والتنمية الاجتماعية والمساواة والأسرة، أن الوزارة تساهم في مجال التربية الدامجة من خلال تقوية الشراكة والتعاقد المؤسساتي لتنزيل البرنامج الوطني للتربية الدامجة والقانونين الإطار 97.13 و 51.17 المذكوران سالفا، من خلال الاتفاقية الإطار للشراكة الموقعة مع وزارة التربية الوطنية ووزارة الصحة، في 03 دجنبر 2020، والتي تشكل وثيقة مرجعية تجمع أهم الفاعلين في حقل التربية الدامجة ببلادنا، بما سيعطي دفعة قوية نحو ترسيخ حق جميع الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة كيفما كانت نوعية إعاقتهم أو درجة حدتها في ولوج المنظومة التربوية ببلادنا، الشيء الذي سيمكنهم من الاندماج الفعلي في المجتمع.
وقالت الوزيرة في كلمتها بمناسبة الذكرى الثانية لإعطاء الانطلاقة الرسمية للبرنامج الوطني للتربية الدامجة، يوم السبت (26 يونيو 2021)، إن الوزارة في إطار اتفاقية ثلاثية للشراكة تجمعها بوزارة الاقتصاد والمالية وإصلاح الإدارة ومؤسسة التعاون الوطني عملت على توفير سلة من الخدمات التربوية وشبه الطبية والدعم النفسي بالإضافة إلى النقل تتم أجرأتها من خلال برنامج تحسين ظروف تمدرس الأطفال في وضعة إعاقة، وبدعم مالي من صندوق دعم الحماية الاجتماعية والتماسك الاجتماعي.
وفي هذا الإطار، أشارت المصلي، إلى أنه تم تخصيص ميزانية تقدر بـ 680 مليون درهم، ما بين 2015 و2020 لهذا البرنامج، حيث بلغ العدد الإجمالي للمستفيدين 61147 طفلة وطفلا، وذلك كدعم لبرنامج الخدمات التربوية والتأهيلية والتكوينية والعلاجات الوظيفية داخل المؤسسات المتخصصة، ودعم برنامج خدمات دعم الإدماج المدرسي داخل المؤسسات التعليمية العمومية، ودعم برنامج خدمات الدعم التربوي والتأهيلي داخل المؤسسة. وقد بلغت نسبة الإناث المستفيدات 37 في المائة من مجموع المستفيدين.
