وضعت المصالح الأمنية بمراكش حدا لتهور شخص، حاول الاعتداء على عناصر الشرطة بواسطة السلاح الأبيض وباستعمال قنينة غاز.
واضطر مفتش شرطة لاستعمال سلاحه الوظيفي لتحييد الخطر الصادر عن المشبه فيه الذي يملك سوابق قضائية ، في قضايا هتك العرض بالعنف والاتجار غير المشروع في المشروبات الكحولية.
ووفق المعطيات التي وفرتها الخلية الجهوية للتواصل بولاية أمن مراكش فقد اطلق مفتش الشرطة ثلاثة أعيرة نارية للتحذير في الهواء، قبل أن يصيب المشتبه فيه برصاصتين بعدما رفض الامتثال.
واسفرت التحريات المنجزة حسب المصدر ذاته من حجز كميات من مسكر ماء الحياة، كانت معدة للترويج، فضلا عن ضبط المعدات والأسلحة البيضاء التي استعملها المشتبه به في تهديد عناصر الشرطة.
وفارق المشتبه فيه الحياة، بعد نقله إلى المستشفى من أجل تلقي العلاجات الضرورية، في حين تم أنه تم تكليف الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية بفتح بحث قضائي في هذه النازلة تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية.
