ترأس محسن الزواق مدير الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين فاس مكناس أشغال اللقاء التواصلي الجهوي الثاني مع الجمعيات الفاعلة في ميدان التعليم الأولي؛وذلك في اطار تفعيل مقتضيات دليل المساطر لدعم مشاريع الجمعيات المكلفة بتدبير أقسام التعليم الأولي المدمجة في المؤسسات التعليمية العمومية.
وفي كلمة تأطيرية له ذكر الزواق بالحصيلة الإيجابية التي تم تحقيقها في مجال التعليم الأولي على صعيد جهة فاس مكناس ،معتبرا إياها حصيلة شكلت قفزة نوعية في مجال تعميم التعليم الأولي مع تحسين جودته . مبرزا الانخراط الشامل للأكاديمية وتواصلها مع شركائها سواء على مستوى توفير بنية مادية مجهزة وذات جودة عالية مع تحقيق التمييز الإيجابي بالوسط القروي، أو على صعيد توفير تكوين مستمر لكل المربيات والمربين بجميع مديريات الجهة .
و شكل اللقاء فرصة حقيقية للانفتاح والتفاعل الإيجابي مع الجمعيات الموضوعاتية التي تشتغل في المشروع
.
وخلال هذا اللقاء، استمع المشاركون إلى عرض تقدم به مدير الوكالة الوطنية لإنعاش التشغيل والكفاءات ،سلط من خلاله الضوء على مجالات التعاون الممكنة في إطار الشراكة التي تجمع ANAPEC مع الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين. كما قدمت الجمعيات التالية : جمعية TEACH FOR MOROCCO- الشبكة المغربية للتعليم الأولي (بولمان) و جمعية النماء الوطنية للنهوض بالتعليم الأولي بالأقسام المحدثة (فاس) جمعية أفق للتنمية (صفرو) کم جمعية النجاح للتربية والتعليم الأولي (مولاي يعقوب) جمعية أنامل مبدعة (مكناس) جمعية المبادرة للبيئة و التنمية (تاونات)؛ نبذة عن أنشطتها في مجال التعليم الأولي. كما تقدمت بمجموعة من الاقتراحات التي من شأنها تجويد العمل والرقي بالتعليم الأولي على مستوى الجهة.
يشار إلى أن اللقاء شارك فيه كل من مدير الوكالة الوطنية لإنعاش التشغيل والكفاءات و المديرة والسادة المديرون الإقليميون؛ – رئيس مشروع الارتقاء بالتعليم الأولي وتسريع وثيرة تعميمه – رئيس مشروع تعزيز تعبئة الفاعلين حول المدرسة المغربية؛ رئيس مصلحة التعليم الخصوصي – رئيس مصلحة التواصل وتتبع أشغال المجلس الإداري.
