طالب مكتب الفرع المحلي للنقابة المغربية للتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بكلية الشريعة التابعة لجامعة سيدي محمد ابن عبد الله بفاس، رئيس الجامعة بالتدخل لحماية قرارات مجلس الجامعة، ومصالح الطلبة انسجاما مع شعار الجامعة “الطالب أولا”.
و استنكر المكتب المحلي للنقابة عدم تطبيق عميد كلية الشريعة للقانون، وهو بذلك يشجب أسلوب الازدواجية والانتقائية في تعامله مع المراسلات الإدارية.
واعتبر المكتب في بلاغ له، الدعوة إلى عقد اجتماع المجلس يوم 18 ماي 2021؛ أي بعد مرور 43 يوما من تاريخ المراسلة، استهتارا بالمسؤولية وإهانة للمجلس، وهو ما يثير علامات استفهام حول هذا السلوك وخلفياته.
وأوضح المصدر ذاته بأن دعوة العميد إلى ثلاثة اجتماعات متتابعة لمجلس الكلية في يومي 18 و19 ماي 2021، مؤشرا على تخبطه في التسيير وسوء تخطيطه، ومحاولة منه لإفراغ المجلس من محتوياته التقريرية.
واعتبر المكتب النقابي بأن عميد العلية “يعمد إلى التضييق على القانون وعدم تطبيق الأنظمة الداخلية، وخنق حركة الهياكل الجامعية بمحاولة إفراغها من مضمونها ومحتواها التمثيلي ومسؤوليتها القانونية، وما تفرزه هذه الممارسات الإدارية من أعطاب واختلالات تَأبَاها الحكامة الجامعية”.
