قالت وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، اليوم الأحد، إن المملكة المغربية تعرب عن أسفها لموقف إسبانيا التي تستضيف على ترابها المدعو إبراهيم غالي، زعيم ميليشيات “البوليساريو” الانفصالية، المتهم بارتكاب جرائم حرب خطيرة وانتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الإنسان.
وأضافت الوزارة، في بلاغ، أن المغرب يعبر عن خيبة أمله من هذا الموقف الذي يتنافى مع روح الشراكة وحسن الجوار، والذي يهم قضية أساسية للشعب المغربي ولقواه الحية.
واعتبرت الوزارة أن موقف إسبانيا يثير قدرا كبيرا من الاستغراب وتساؤلات مشروعة: لماذا تم إدخال المدعو إبراهيم غالي إلى إسبانيا خفية وبجواز سفر مزور؟ ولماذا ارتأت إسبانيا عدم إخطار المغرب بالأمر؟ ولماذا اختارت إدخاله بهوية مزورة؟ ولماذا لم يتجاوب القضاء الإسباني بعد مع الشكاوى العديدة التي قدمها الضحايا؟
وخلص البلاغ إلى أنه “لهذه الأسباب تم استدعاء السفير الإسباني بالرباط إلى وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج لإبلاغه بهذا الموقف وطلب التفسيرات اللازمة بشأن موقف حكومته”.
