أوقفت المصالح الأمنية بمكناس شخصا يعمد إلى سرقة مجموعة من الأغطية المعدنية لقنوات الصرف الصحي بحي “أم الربيع” بعد ظهوره على شريط فيديو يوثق لذلك.
و أحالت مصالح الشرطة القضائية بولاية أمن مكناس على النيابة العامة المختصة، اليوم الأربعاء 21 أبريل الجاري شخصين يبلغان من العمر 27 و33 سنة، حيث مكنت الأبحاث التي تم اجراؤها من تحديد هوية الشخص المعني الرئيسي، وتوقيفه، كما اسفرت التحريان عن ضبط شخص آخر يشتبه في تورطه في شراء وتصريف متحصلات هذا النشاط الإجرامي.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه الرئيسي تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية فيما تم إخضاع الموقوف الثاني للبحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وكذا تحديد كافة الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة للمعنيين بالأمر، قبل أن يتم تقديمهما أمام النيابة العامة اليوم الأربعاء.
