ينعقد يوم الثلاثاء المقبل، مجلس للحكومة برئاسة سعد الدين العثماني، رئيس الحكومة.
وذكر بلاغ لرئاسة الحكومة أن المجلس سيتتبع في بدايته عرضا لوزير الصحة حول ورش إصلاح المنظومة الصحية الوطنية وتأهيلها.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته، أن المجلس سيتدارس، إثر ذلك، خمسة مشاريع مراسيم، يتعلق الأول منها بتطبيق القانون المتعلق بمنظومة استهداف المستفيدين من برامج الدعم الاجتماعي وبإحداث الوكالة الوطنية للسجلات، فيما يخص الوكالة الوطنية للسجلات، والثاني والثالث بتطبيق المرسوم بقانون بسن تدابير استثنائية لفائدة بعض المشغلين المنخرطين بالصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي والعاملين لديهم المصرح بهم وبعض فئات العمال المستقلين والأشخاص غير الأجراء المؤمنين لدى الصندوق المتضررين من تداعيات تفشي جائحة فيروس كورونا “كوفيد-19″، فيما يخص القطاعات الفرعية المتعلقة بتموين الحفلات وتعهد المناسبات والتظاهرات، والقطاع الفرعي لفضاءات الترفيه والألعاب.
ويتعلق المرسومان الرابع والخامس، يضيف البلاغ، بتطبيق القانون رقم 15-98 المتعلق بنظام التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض والقانون رقم 15-99 بإحداث نظام للمعاشات الخاصين بفئات المهنيين والعمال المستقلين والأشخاص غير الأجراء الذين يزاولون نشاطا خاصا، فيما يتعلق بالأطباء وبالمهندسين المعماريين.
ويختم المجلس أشغاله بدراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
