عقدت اللجنة الإقليمية للتنسيق والتتبع اجتماعا يوم الثلاثاء 10 نونبر 2020 بمقر عمالة مكناس، تم من خلاله عرض كافة المراحل التي قطعتها الدراسات والمساطر التقنية و الادارية الخاصة بالتسوية القانونية والعقارية للقطع الأرضية السكنية موضوع الشطر الأول من الاتفاقية المشتركة التي تتعلق بعملية التسوية القانونية والعقارية للعقار المسمى ” بلاد سيدي بوزكري” ذي رسم العقاري الحبسي عدد 4650/ك ،
وحسب بلاغ تتوفر صحيفة الوطنية بريس على نسخ منه” فقد تم استخراج ما يقارب 3000 رسم عقاري فردي من مجموع 5656 رسم المتضمنة في مجموع الأحياء السكنية الثلاثة عشر (13) والتي هي كالأتي (حي الوحدة 1 و 2 و 3 حي الأمل 1 و 2 و 3، حي الإنارة 1 و 2 و 3 و 4 حي الأطلس 1 و 2 ) والتي ستمكن عملية تسويتها من إدماج هذا النسيج العمراني الهام في الدورة الاقتصادية للمدينة مما سيعود بالنفع الكبير على المنطقة ككل و الساكنة على وجه الخصوص، والتي أشادت اللجنة الإقليمية في هذا الاجتماع بانخراطها الهادف والجاد إضافة إلى المصالح المعنية في إنجاح هذه العملية ذات البعد الاجتماعي والاقتصادي.
وأوضحت اللجنة لإقليمية للتنسيق انه سيشرع في تلقي ملفات طلبات عملية التسوية ابتداء من يوم الاثنين 07 دجنبر 2020، على ان تشمل التسوية في مرحلتها الأولى حيين نموذجيين هما :
حي الأمل 2 بنفوذ الملحقة الإدارية 16 وحي الوحدة 2 بنفوذ الملحقة الإدارية 17، التابعين للمنطقة الحضرية مرجان، وتليها في مرحلة لاحقة كافة الأحياء السكنية المتبقية.
البلاغ ختم بتأكيد اللجنة الإقليمية على ساكنة حي الأمل 2 وحي الوحدة 2 إلى ضرورة المسارعة في وضع ايداع ملفات طلبات الاستفادة من عملية التسوية لدى السلطات المحلية المعنية وفق لائحة الوثائق التي سيتم إشهارها بمقر هذه الملحقات.
