وقال ستيفان دوجاريك، المتحدث باسم الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، خلال مؤتمره الصحفي اليومي في نيويورك، “نذكر بأن حركة السير المدنية والتجارية المنتظمة لا يجب أن تتعرض للعرقلة (بالكركارات)، ولا يجب اتخاذ أي إجراء من شأنه أن يشكل تغييرا للوضع القائم في المنطقة العازلة” بالكركارات.
وأعرب المتحدث باسم الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة عن تنديده بوجود مجموعة من “خمسين شخصا” ينتمون للبوليساريو وميليشياتها رصدتهم عناصر بعثة (المينورسو)، اليوم الأربعاء، بالكركارات حيث “كانوا يعرقلون حركة السير في المنطقة”.
وقال دوجاريك “نحث جميع الأطراف المعنية على ضبط النفس واتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لتهدئة التوترات”.
وأبرز المتحدث باسم الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن بعثة (المينورسو) عبأت “المزيد من عناصرها صباح اليوم في المنطقة للمساعدة في نزع فتيل أي توتر، وفتح الطريق أمام حركة السير” المدنية والتجارية، مؤكدا أن البعثة ستواصل مراقبة الوضع عن كثب.
وكان الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة قد طالب، في مناسبات عدة، +البوليساريو+ وميليشياتها بالكف عن عن عرقلة حركة السير المدنية والتجارية بالكركارات، بما في ذلك في شتنبر الماضي على لسان نائب المتحدث باسمه في نيويورك.
