قال شكيب بنموسى رئيس لجنة النموذج التنموي إن مرحلة العيون تكتسي أهمية فائقة في عمل اللجنة، على اعتبار الخبرة التي راكمتها جهة العيون-الساقية الحمراء، بفضل أجرأة النموذج التنموي الجديد للأقاليم الجنوبية للمملكة الموقع بين يدي صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس سنة 2015 بمناسبة الذكرى الأربعين للمسيرة الخضراء.
وأوضح بنموسى خلال اللقاء الذي جمع لجنة النموذج التنموي الجديد يوم أمس الثلاثاء مع عدد من الممثليين المؤسساتيين لجهة العيون الساقية الحمراء، أن هذا النموذج الصميم بجهات جنوب المملكة يرتكز على عدة مبادئ مهيكلة من قبيل الثقة والحكامة والاستدامة، ويحدد الأهداف الاستراتيجية الطموحة، لاسيما تلك المتصلة بتنويع مصادر النمو ودعم الإشعاع القاري للأقاليم الجنوبية للمملكة.
وذكر بنموسى أن عقد هذه اللقاءات الجهوية يأتي في سياق المقاربة التشاركية التي تؤطر عمل اللجنة وتنبني على قناعة أن الجهات تعد أحد الفاعلين الأساسيين في صياغة النموذج التنموي.
ويتعلق الأمر حسب بنموسى، باستجماع التوصيات التي يبلورها فاعلو أقاليم جنوب المملكة لضمان تفعيل أمثل للنموذج التنموي الجديد، مضيفا أن سلسلة اللقاءات تعد فرصة للتطرق للإمكانات الواعدة التي تتوفر عليها جهات المملكة واستشراف السبل الكفيلة بغية خلق أقطاب جهوية قادرة على خلق الثروات وتوزيعها وفق مبادئ العدالة الاجتماعية بالإضافة إلى ضمان شروط الاستدامة.
يشار أن شخصيات بارزة حضرت اللقاء إلى جانب رئيس اللجنة شكيب بنموسى حيث حضر كل من والي جهة العيون-الساقية الحمراء، عامل إقليم العيون، عبد السلام بكرات، و رئيس مجلس الجهة، سيدي حمدي ولد الرشيد، و رئيس المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي، أحمد رضا الشامي، العضو باللجنة .
