في إطار أنشطتها الخاصة بفعاليات ليالي رمضان، ينظم ماستر سوسيولوجيا المجالات القروية والتنمية، بكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية سايس بجامعة محمد بن عبد الله بفاس، لقاء مفتوحا مع الشاعر والإعلامي محمد بلمو حول موضوع “التنمية القروية: التحديات والمعيقات- قراءة في تجربة قرية بني عمار”، يوم الاثنين 18 ماي 2020 ابتداء من الساعة العاشرة والنصف ليلا بصفحة السوسيولوجيا الحضرية على موقع الفيسبوك.
الضيف سيتحدث عن “بني عمار بين المدينة والقرية بين الازدهار والتدهور”، ثم ينتقل لعرض تجربة خوض رهان تنمية القصبة على قاعدة ثقافية ومعيقات جعل الثقافة قاطرة للتنمية المحلية من خلال مهرجان فيستي باز، وصعوبات تحقيق المشروع التنموي الذي بلورته التجربة كنوع مبتكر للاقتصاد التضامني المركب من قطاعات الفلاحة والصناعة التقليدية والسياحة، في إطار متكامل مُذِر للدخل بقاطرة ثقافية وأفق بيئي، يستهدف وقف نزيف الهجرة القروية وخلق فرص شغل لشباب القصبة وعمالها الموسميين وإدماج فلاحيها وصانعاتها وصناعها التقليديين واحتضان طاقاتها الإبداعية وتحفيزها في كل المجالات، قبل التفاعل مع أسئلة المشاهدين.
