استدعت وزارة الشؤون الخارجية الجزائرية، أمس، الأربعاء 13 ماي 2020 سفير المملكة المغربية المعتمد بالجزائر، “مواجهة إياه بالأقوال الصادرة عن القنصل العام للمغرب بوهران خلال النقاش الذي دار بينه وبين مواطنين مغاربة”.
وكان تصريح منسوب لقنصل المغرب في مدينة وهران أثار جدلاً واسعاً في الجارة الشرقية للمملكة، وصف فيه الجزائر بـ”البلد العدو”.
وقالت الخارجية الجزائرية إنه تم إبلاغ السفير المغربي بأن “توصيف القنصل العام المغربي في وهران للجزائر، إذا ما تأكد حصوله، على أنها (بلد عدو) هو إخلال خطير بالأعراف والتقاليد الدبلوماسية لا يمكن بأي حال من الأحوال قبوله”.
وأورد المصدر ذاته، أن التصريح المنسوب للقنصل المغربي هو “مساس بطبيعة العلاقات بين دولتين جارتين وشعبين شقيقين، مما يستوجب على السلطات المغربية اتخاذ التدابير المناسبة لتفادي أية تداعيات لهذا الحادث على العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين”.
ونفى القنصل المغربي في وقت سابق، مضمون الشريط واعتبر وصفه الجزائر ب”البلد العدو” مفبرك، وغير حقيقي.
ونشرت وسائل إعلام جزائرية، على نطاق واسع أمس الأربعاء، مقطع “فيديو” لقنصل المغرب في وهران وهو يتحدث إلى مجموعة من المغاربة العالقين بالجزائر، إثر تجمعهم بباب القنصلية، وصف فيه الجزائر بـ”البلد العدو”.
