قال حسن السهبي، رئيس جامعة مولاي اسماعيل بمكناس، إن الخطاب الذي ألقاه صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس بمناسبة الذكرى ال 68 لثورة الملك والشعب، أعلن نهاية الأزمة مع اسبانيا ودعا الى اقامة علاقات قائمة على الثقة واحترام الالتزامات.
وأوضح المسؤول الجامعي في تصريح لوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء أن جلالة الملك جدد التأكيد على تمسك المغرب باقامة علاقات متينة وبناءة ومتوازنة مع دول الجوار، وخصوصا اسبانيا، محذرا في المقابل المتآمرين ضد المملكة ومصالحها العليا.
وأضاف أن جلالته حرص في ذات السياق على تأكيد جودة العلاقات مع فرنسا ورئيسها إيمانويل ماكرون.
وأشار السهبي الى استحضار الخطاب الملكي للسياق الذي يتم فيه تخليد ذكرى ثورة الملك والشعب التي تحل هذا العام أياما قبل تنظيم الانتخابات التي ينتظر أن تشكل بالنسبة للمغرب رافعة لارساء مؤسسات ذات مصداقية، موجهة نحو خدمة الصالح العام والدفاع عن القضايا الوطنية.
وأبرز أن جلالة الملك اعتبر الاستحقاقات المقبلة شاهدا على تجذر الممارسة الديموقراطية في المغرب، يكرس مستوى نضج النظام السياسي المغربي.
