استعرضت عواطف مصباح مؤسسة شركة “موربيكات” التونسية للصور المتحركة والتحريك، مجموعة من الاكراهات والتحديات التي تواجه سينما التحريك بتونس.
وقالت عواطف مصباح في تصريح خصت به جريدة الوطنية بريس، خلال فعاليات النسخة 22 للمهرجان الدولي لسينما التحريك بمكناس، بأن متطلبات التوزيع تعد من الاكراهات الكبيرة التي تعيق تقدم سينما التحريك بتونس.
وأضافت المتحدثة في التصريح الذي أدلت به للجريدة على هامش مشاركتها في لقاء موسوم ب “من كتاب الأطفال إلى فيلم الرسوم المتحركة ،رهانات وتحولات”،بأن قطاع التحريك بتونس يواجه كذلك تحديات على مستوى تمويل الانتاجات.
وفي هذا الصدد قالت الفاعلة في قطاع التحريك، بأن الشركة التي تسهر على تسييرها تحاول أن تجد حلولا تعتمد على التكنولوجيا والرقمنة وليس فقط على بيع الانتاج.
وأوضحت عواطف بأن شركتها تجتهد من أجل خلق مصادر خاصة للتمويل بطرق مبتكرة حتا تستطيع إيصال الانتاج للطفل المتفرج أو اولياء أمورهم.

وعن مداخلتها في اللقاء الذي احتضنه المعهد الفرنسي بمكناس اليوم السبت، والذي يأتي في سياق النسخة الثالثة لمنتدى مهن سينما التحريك، أبرزت بأنها(أي المداخلة) جاءت عباراة عن توضيحات لكيفية اشتغال شركتها وأهم الركائز التي تعتمد عليها من أجل تقديم منتوج لائق للأطفال.
واعتبرت عواطف بأن اللقاء هو فرصة لتبادل الخبرات والآراء والمواقف والاستفادة من الجانب الفرنسي الذي استعرض فيه فرانسوا ناربو طريقة الاشتغال وبسط التقنيات الأساسية المعتمدة من أجل تسهيل عملية الانتاج للصور المتحركة.
يشار إلى أن المهرجان الدولي لسينما التحريك المعروف اختصارا ب “فيكام” ينقل بالمملكة المغربية عبر شبكة المعاهد الفرنسية في عدة مدن من 10 إلى 19ماي 2024،حيث يساهم منذ سنة 2014 في اشعاع سينما التحريك ،كما يعرض من خلاله أفلام سينما التحريك وكذا لقاءات وندوات بين مهنيي القطاع.
